Double Room To Rent In Beautiful Porthleven

i live in this converted bungalow with my 3 year old daughter. my friend has just moved in for the summer and im enjoying having her company and energy around, so am prepared to rent the room out when she goes to the right person! :)

I co-sleep with my daughter in my room downstairs (she also has her own bedroom downstairs) and we generally use my en-suite.

This means that you will have access to the upstairs of the house, which includes a double room, a small chill out area with a small double sofa, and then a bathroom with a bath/shower. Also great sea views upstairs :)

I wont use your bathroom, but my daughter will use the bath every other day. otherwise, its yours.

In addition to your own personal area upstairs, you will also have access to the rest of the house which will be all of ours to share. There is a kitchen, a living room and a conservatory/dining room. We also have an outdoor eating area in a nice suntrap and a back grassy garden with a summer house with electric. There is a small outbuilding with a walking treadmill for you to use and the tumble dryer, if you wish.

Im trying to get into skateboarding and surfing this year, and more into my yoga. When im not working as a mental health nurse, or looking after my daughter, i love walking, going to the gym, music and dancing and festivals. Would be cool to meet a like minded person who wants to hang out too.
