The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area where you can sit and enjoy any cooking you may do. You have ample cupboard space and there is a large American style fridge freezer for your convenience. There is plenty of crockery, pots and pans etc for your use.

The comfortable lounge room with sea view, log burner, tv, sofas, arm chair with ocean view is a good size.

The newly refurbished shower room is fully tiled with an excellent powerful power shower. The bathroom is downstairs through the lounge and next to the kitchen.

The whole house is centrally heated and there is also a wood burner in the front room. It's very cosy.

There is also a medium size fully enclosed garden at the back of the house off the kitchen.

Parking is on the road opposite.

Due to the current situation I can initially only offer the property for 3 months with the possibility of extending. It is therefore easier to keep the bills in my name and are as follows... Council tax £150, Electricity £40, Oil £40, Water £70 and WiFi £25 all pcm. That's a total of £325 on top of the rent of £725, so monthly cost is £1050 for two people.
