Available from 1st April. Large double room in clean, quiet family home with parking, rent includes all bills, including fibre broadband and electric. No deposit needed. I also supply essentials like dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and cleaning products. We have an American fridge freezer with lots of space.

The room is especially suited to a night worker or someone who works odd hours due to the quiet home and location.

The house is shared with myself, one well-behaved teen and a cat. The room is big enough to fit a small sofa and set up as a studio, and you can decorate it how you like. Happy if you want to have a kettle, mini-fridge etc.

Porthtowan is a lovely location with sea and countryside views and we are just up the hill from the beach. Close proximity to A30, Redruth, Truro and St Agnes. It's rural so you will need a car.

In the village there are two places to eat and drink, the Unicorn and the Blue Bar. The beach has its own tidal pool which is amazing to swim in (especially when it gets warmer).

Students and working applicants are both welcome, the property is non-smoking but it's fine to smoke in the garden. If you need outside storage we have a big dry shed.

Broadband is 500MBPS download speed and we have a gaming router. I can also recommend a great local gym if you like to train.

We are happy if you have small pets/fish/reptiles etc. but our cat is unable to live with other cats and dogs.
