Located in Porthtowan, this is a lovely room with fabulous rural views in a clean, modern, warm house sharing with me, my husband and our young friendly dog. Good sized bedroom, fully furnished and carpeted with a comfortable double bed. Shared use of kitchen/dining area, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet/washroom and patio/garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. We are mostly vegetarian/vegan (occasional fish) so seeking a person with similar food preferences. All bills included except the landline. Wi-Fi available and mobile phone signal is generally good. Parking available. 10 min walk to/from Porthtowan village centre with local shops, post office with banking facilities, bars & cafes, surf shop and bus services, Porthtowan has a great community with lots of local events. Redruth, Camborne and Truro are nearby towns with rail and bus services.
We are looking for a professional person who is working full time and mostly out of the house in the daytime during the weekdays as we both work from home. Applicants must like dogs!
