Single room, soon whole flat, Porthtowan

Single room available in a two bed flat, 5 minute walk from the beach, flat has a study and a balcony and plenty of parking. The flat is small, but bright and sunny. I'm out at work most days and a lot in the evenings too.

Cost of £464 covers the room, council tax band A, water, TV licence and internet. Electricity is a key meter and cost £50 a month each over the winter but will be less in the summer.

I'm buying a house nearby so will be moving out in the next few months, at that point you would need to become the primary tenant and get someone new in (upgrade yourself to the double room then if you like!). The rent for the whole flat is £800/month, and you would need to give the landlord £1000 for a deposit.

Landlord is very professional and communicative, I'm subletting the room with permission. I have a cat but can't have any other pets in at the same time.

I will only consider male housemates who have romantic partner and are a similar age to me.
