Two rooms available . The single room has a large inbuilt wardrobe, and a double with a supérieur seaview. Price stated above is for the single bedroom, the double bedroom is £160pw. The newly refurbished single and double rooms are fully furnished and cosy. The house has amazing sea views and is just above a mile long beach. Plenty of parking. There is a super fast Fiber-optic superfast broadband. Sitting room has a 60' TV.
This is a friendly and safe environment, we occasionally have meals together and plenty BBQs in the summer. We are a happy and friendly household with the landlady who lives at the property. AGA is always on except for when it is blazing hot outside. Otherwise there is a conventional halogen cooker and a microwave available.
This is a happy cosy home with real fire on cold winter days.
