This Homeshare is in Penzance, Cornwall and it comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of practical help and companionship (no personal care) in exchange for lower costs of living.

The current homeowner is a lovely lady in her late 70s. She is an incredibly friendly and sociable lady who is living with Dementia. She loves reading, crosswords and chatting.

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can prepare and share an evening meal 4 or 5 times per week, can help with a few household chores and offer some companionship and reassurance of an overnight presence.

The ideal sharer will be female, someone who enjoys chatting and is a driver. We need someone who has professional Dementia experience.

The sharer can be studying, working full or part time, but should have some time available during their week to offer some household support and companionship.

The sharer has a lovely large room with a private bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the kitchen, lounge and stunning garden.
