1 double room in house share

4 bedroom detached house. I am seeking intelligent, tidy, house proud, honest tenant, who will be happy to share a coffee/wine but also happy to have their own space and privacy. Fully furnished room with relatively new double bed. Well equipped kitchen. Own transport essential, due to location. Off road parking . Dog lover paramount. they are well trained (I show them)and clean, have their own accommodation, but do come through in the evenings. They are rarely left alone and never for more than 3 hours. They rarely bark at night, but haven't quite worked out that the public highway is public, so do bark in the daytime. All mod cons, 3 acres of land, . Superfast broadband. 2 woodburners. Also full central heating.
I am only interested in people who work away from the house, ie no wfh. Despite my love of animals, unfortunately this place is not suitable for other animals. Hugely respectful of vegetarians/vegans..... my daughter has trained me well!
