Housemate Wanted – Cornwall Praze an Beeble 🌿

My partner and I are in the process of buying a lovely house in Praze an Beeble in Cornwall (hopefully moving in June!) and we’re looking for a like-minded housemate to join us.

We are also away in the USA June - July so we are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to take care of the house whilst we are away.

A bit about us — we’re both ecologists and run our own business, so life is often a mix of bat surveys, muddy boots and working from home. I also teach aerial hoop and pole fitness. We’re big into gardening, being outdoors, cooking, and creating a calm, friendly home environment.

The house will also be shared with our three cats and a tortoise, so animal lovers are a must!

We’re ideally looking for someone friendly, tidy, easy-going and respectful who is looking for more of a home than just a room rental. Bonus points if you like plants, nature, or the occasional garden or DIY project as there will be painting happening and the chimney will be lined and turned into a proper fire place.

As we haven’t moved in yet, we’re keeping the exact location private for now same with photos but believe me the house is lovely a spacious 3 bedroom home, separate dining room and living area and kitchen, garden and road parking. Happy to show you videos when we arrange initial chats/meet-ups at our current home in Porthtowan.

Praze an Beeble is a lovely village - bus links to camborne and redruth, 8 mins from A30, 10 mins from Gwithian Beach, the village has loads of amenities and is very pretty.
