Comfortable spacious clean double bedroom, Shower room and utility space, available in a section of our family home.
Our home is within a quaint Cornish village just outside Truro, with good bus links to the city, and right in the centre of Cornwall makes everywhere in the county accessible if you need to travel.
In the village there is a spar shop, farm shop, Chinese take away, Indian, chip shop, post office, pub, club, doctors surgery.
We are hoping to find a relaxed lodger, preferably a student who likes children and pets, we have a small dog and two cats.
