Our Annex is located in the quiet village of Probus. It is perfectly located in Mid-Cornwall with easy access to some of Cornwall’s finest beaches and cathedral city of Truro.

On your arrival, the property has its own separate entrance and is a totally separate dwelling to the main house. You will enter the property via a private patio and be met with spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room with an adjoining bedroom and bathroom.

The annex comes fully furnished, double bed, bedding, fully equipped kitchen, brand new LG washer/dryer and all other facilities as seen in pictures. All bills are included inc water, gas, electricity and internet.
