large double rooms in victorian town house

welcome to our family home . recently 2 out of our 4 boys have flown the nest leaving room to welcome others . me and my husband live in the lower part of the house , leaving a beautiful loungewitg sky tv , hi speed broadband , kitchen and bathroom for our tenants to share . room one has a sink in it with coffee / tea making facility double bed and storage . room two has a recliner sofa , double bed and storage .. we are friendly and sociable and appreciate privacy . we also have 4 jack russel dogs, so dog friendly is a must although they do live downstairs with us they would also love a cuddle if you wanted one 😊our house is 5mins from main railway line Penzance- paddington and the bus stop to Falmouth /penryn campus is across the road from house .. only one room know available . the room with the sofa as in the photo
