Hi my name is sue and we have a double room available in our family home . We have two sons living at home and one at uni who comes home for holidays . Myself and my husband live in the basement and our boys use the kitchen downstairs . We currently have one male tenant . Our tenant have their own kitchen and lounge with a shared bathroom .
All communal areas are cleaned weekly .
We also have four jack Russell who live downstairs and two outdoor cats
