Winter let from October 2019 to end February 2020 (5 months) only.

This Retro 1969 vintage Airstream has been completely renovated in an American diner style with all new appliances (gas Fridge, Cooker, Water Heater & Heater)
It is situated at the top of a meadow on a quiet community farm with views of Stithians reservoir.
The caravan runs completely independent of mains services with batteries and inverter running off grid with solar power and appliances running off bottled gas.

This place is ideal if you need a bit of peace and quiet for a few months.
Perhaps for a student to study, write their dissertation or just to get away from it all for a while to relax and re-charge.

Within easy reach of Penryn (5 miles), Falmouth (8 Miles) and Redruth (5 Miles).
Your own transport would be ideal but there is a bus to the above towns from a bus stop about 1/4 mile away in Penmarth.

The farm itself has free range chickens and other small animals that you can enjoy.
There are usually fresh eggs too.

I am looking for one tenant (possibly two sharing). Tenants will be selected by interview. A reference would be a bonus.

Gas will be in addition to the rent.
