Large furnished bedroom to rent in a shared house. King-sized bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets.

Access to:
- Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and cupboard space.
- Shared bathroom with toilet, sink, bath with overhead shower. There is also a downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink.

The other areas of the home include a lounge/diner and garden with shed.
Current occupants are myself, my two children and the two cats (and sometime my partner). Myself and the children are often staying at my partners, so it’s often a quiet house with two cats for company.

Parking readily available on the estate. Easy walk to the town and train station.

A couple of would be considered, but I rent would increase to £450 pcm to cover extra water and energy usage.

Rent is monthly and includes all bills. Deposit and a months rent in advance required on arrival.
