A self contained static home with 1 main bedroom with double bed and two additional bedrooms (for storage or occasional guest use only) It has a large living area with fitted seating, electric fire and dining area with fixed seating and stools. Small fitted kitchen with electric cooker and fridge. Microwave, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils all included. Electric radiators throughout. All electric items are the responsibility of the tenant.
Separate shower room and individual toilet.
The property is enclosed within a private fenced and gated area and has an outside shed containing a washing machine and small tumble dryer (again these are provided but repairs/replacement are the responsibility of the tenant)
Outside there is a small patio area (sun trap when it shines) and some flower beds.
We can provide an allocated parking space at the top of the drive for 1 vehicle only, therefore single occupancy please.
The rent includes all amenities apart from electric, which the tenant is responsible separately through a payable meter in the property.
