Double room in shared family house. Family consist of older teenagers so no babies or small children. Teens only come out of bedrooms for food so very quiet and no trouble!
Room has ensuite shower, Tv, Bed, wardrobe and dressing area with a dressing table and full length mirror (although could provide extra hanging space for clothes). Very very quiet area off from road at the end of a private lane.
Would prefer a professional female. Would prefer to keep family lounge private but bedroom has a large TV. I am a single mum who is a teacher at a local college.
Plus use of washing machine/dishwasher. Superfast broadband also included.

Central Redruth 5 mins walk to train/bus station.
Off road parking. Possible 10 mins walk to tesco.
I do have friendly 2 cats and a small dog. Will add images shortly. I work at Truro college
