Double Room in lovely ground floor flat

Hello!
I have a lovely double room in spacious ground floor flat in a beautiful village of Carnkie outside Redruth,
Shared bathroom and living areas. The flat is spacious so not living on top of each other. There is a courtyard and garden area which you are welcome to enjoy to.
I have cats and a dog, so candidate must love animals! I am happy to consider other pets within reason and an extra cost would incur.
Single occupancy preferred but will consider couples (£ TBC)
Off road car park, separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Candidates must be happy to drink wine, eat good food and watch movies and a good series!
