A recently refurbished double room is available in a shared house located near the centre of Redruth. The room has ensuite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. It has been newly redecorated and features new carpets. Utility bills and council tax are included in the rental.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Redruth train station. Off-street parking is also available by separate negotiation. This accommodation would be ideal for a quiet single working male. It is not suitable for couples. A cleaner comes once a week for a few hours to assist with communal areas. References are requested.
