1 room available for a lodger now. May suit student. 1 person only.
Basement flat so stairs down to it.
Accommodation comprises large south facing bedroom (single bed provided or you can bring your own bed, photo shows 2 beds but 1 is removed), shared bathroom with shower and bath, shared kitchen (please note it is a small kitchen), large living/diner room, utility room with washer and dryer all furnished and bills included. Also within the price is a cleaner fee for communal areas. Patio, south facing and large garden.
The flat is self contained and private although you can get footfall from the house above at times. We do have a quiet house policy after 10pm please.
Off road parking for up 1 car.
2 references and proof of employment plus a month's deposit upfront please if interested.
Current housemates are 2 really lovely and quiet students plus 1 cat. We can't have any other pets.
On bus route to Falmouth uni and close to train station.
1 year agreement or less in the first instance. Immediate start.
