The property is modern and neutral throughout. To the ground floor is an open plan kitchen/living space with patio doors onto enclosed rear low maintenance garden. Ground floor W/C. To the first floor is 2 double bedrooms, office/dressing room and family bathroom with shower.

The property has ONE allocated parking space but other parking is available on first come first serve basis. Council tax is included in the rental amount. 10 minute walk to Redruth train station.

I would like to stress that this will only be for 12 months initially as I do plan on returning to the property so may not be suitable for families as it’s not long term. The properly will be unfurnished. Double glazed and gas central heating throughout.
