Storage: Features a massive floor-to-ceiling built-in wooden wardrobe, leaving the floor space entirely free for your bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk.
The Refresh: The room will be fully repainted in clean, fresh neutrals and deep-cleaned before you move in. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need.

The House & Location
Location: West End, Redruth 💚. Right in the heart of town, close to local shops, transport links, and amenities.
Parking: No private driveway, but there is plenty of free on-street parking and cheap council car parks right around the corner.
The Housemates & Pets
You’ll be sharing with me (a live-in landlord who stays busy with DIY/home refurb projects) and my three incredibly friendly cats.

⚠️ Important Note on Pets: You must be a genuine animal lover to live here! Along with the three resident cats, I am also seriously planning on getting a dog in the near future, so the house will eventually be a two-species pet zone.
