Bright Airy room in new build

Looking for:
FEMALE only between 18 and 35 years old, in work or studying. Sorry no DSS or pets (we already have a cat and a hamster)
Must be able to commit to a 6 month contract.

A double bedroom (single bed pictured which pulls out to become a double bed)
Sharing with me (rosie) and Harry, my two year old very chilled out son. All communal areas are shared, one bathroom and a toilet downstairs. Large garden, garage and parking space, plus parking on the pavement available.

The Rent includes bills.

Redruth Train station and town is a 10 minute walk from the house, plus a bus stop nearby which goes into Falmouth.

Looking for a relaxed and tidy house mate who isn't going to have lots of mad parties, however I have no objection to you having people round.

I am a university of plymouth Criminology student (due to start in September) My son is really friendly and hardly ever cries and plays quietly.
