Room to Let From 19th April 2025

Hello, my home is a pleasant, centrally heated stone cottage in Redruth town. It is walking distance from the town centre and the railway station.
I have 4 elderly dogs, and any tenant will have to be a dog lover. It is a friendly and peaceful space. Short term lets welcome.
A double room is available, with shared use of well equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, freezer, air fryer and microwave), washing machine and bathroom with bath and shower. The room has a free view tv and digital radio. Broadband/wifi is in place.
A cleaner comes weekly to keep shared spaces, especially bathroom and kitchen, to a good standard.
A shared living room will be provided in. the near future.
There is on street parking.
