Very near to Redruth town centre top end of town 3 minutes walk from the railway station and all the shops etc. Would suit quietish individual. Sorry no DSS ive had far too much trouble with them prospective tenant must be employed. The rent includes use of all household facilities and all bills are inclusive except food. Would be an advantage if you are a dog lover. I dont mind smoking as long as its confined to your own room and not throughout the house. I have a no loud noise rule after midnight for everyones peace and quiet and sleep. Apart from that come and go as you please we are very easygoing and totally crazy.
