Looking for someone to move into a spacious two bed flat in the centre of Redruth.

I am looking to move out 2nd November due to relocation for work. There will be one male living in the property age 29. He is employed but also currently studying Accountancy.

The flat has two large double bedrooms and modern interior. Large and spacious kitchen area with fridge, microwave and cooker etc already in the room.

Bathroom is modern with a two headed shower.

Living room is also fully furnished so ready to move into. Although I will be moving there is a double bed already in the room which could be left behind if required

Ideal location as in the centre of town next to the shops and two minutes from the bus and train station
