female/male welcomed for bright double room-available until end of june. friendly 3 bed cottage £600 upfront(300 deposit/month in advance-includes bills.
feels a bit like being in the country but only 10 minute walk from train station/2 minutes from falmouth bus-route. quiet at night time.

sharing meals is nice now and again -veggie or fish.
19 and 20 yr old sons who visit occasionally - they're friendly too. :-)
dog stays over occasionally-Millie loves a chew stick and a sofa!
we're tv-free but screen is used for iplayer and films.
sharing with busy professional and pleasant young student.
my dislikes are; dirty dishes left around the house, wasting energy, running out of loo paper and disturbed sleep... oh and butter beans! what about You...?
