Double rooms in beautiful home

Our home is located in a quiet area of North Country just off the A30.

Large living room and dining area with brand new modern kitchen and appliances. Utility room with high spec washing machine and heated clothes airer.

We have unlimited wifi as we love to sit down in the evenings to watch movies with a glass of wine.

Our garden has a lot of use for summer for BBQs, plus a hot tub!
Ample parking at the front of the property.

Ensuite Double Room - comes with a bed, side table, two dressers and a wardrobe. Private ensuite has a WC, sink and shower.

Double room - comes with a bed and clothes rack. Use of the main bathroom which is shared with only one other room. Has a bath/shower, basin and WC.

Also a downstairs cloakroom/loo.

Bills are split evenly between everyone after each month. I sort all of that out so no confusion! With four people it comes to roughly £120 per month each during winter. In the summer it is way cheaper, approx. £70, depends on how much we use.

We do have two noisy dachshunds. They love to bark at the postman and the wind...(very sleepy dogs so are quiet at night!). Therefore, a dog lover is a must for our household. They love a cuddle and would be insulted if you didn't give them treats!

What we are looking for in a housemate:
Someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. Has an eye for detail and will chip in without instruction.

Council Tax Band is C with Cornwall County Council.
