3 bed quiet cottage - near town

Lovely place, simple, clean. Looks out on Carn Brae. People love it... I do too.

10 minutes to train station. One minute to buses for Falmouth/Camborne. Local parks/open space. Lovely walks on Carn Marth/Carn Brae.

Share care of house/garden or pay £10 per month contribution for a cleaner. If we use it we clean it works fairly well.

I'm keen on saving the planet's energy-lights off when not in room, not wasting water etc and prefer us to use eco-friendly washing/cleaning products as much as possible.

Meat is kind of ok but prefer not red. (I eat fish) No other real specifics except that we don't wear shoes indoors. :-)

Important to be at ease with whoever's sharing. If we meet, get on - we can decide what we think.

Photos are possible but best to see in person. There have been some funny folk...
