This is a 3 bed house - 2 rooms being let which are both doubles. Advertised for a single persons use only - not couples. I am looking for house fit with the existing tenant. I have access to this house at all times as I use the third room as storage and is therefore advertised as a two spare rooms let under a spare room agreement. As such it is advertised with a rolling month contract not a tenancy agreement. I have reasons for this which I am happy to discuss on viewing.
