Room available to rent

Room available in a family home. Single, raised, built in bed. Cupboards and drawers. Use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and conservatory. Bills included ( fair use of electricity and heating oil ) council tax. No food included in the rent.

This a no smoking, no drugs home.

You need to be working, trustworthy and clean!! Someone willing to muck in with every day life would be good, for example, cleaning the house, doing the dishes etc. I have a dog, so you will need to be dog friendly also.

The house is centrally heated and warm.

The rent is payable in advance on the day you move in, and then weekly from then on in.

I don't mind who you are, however, you must be working, speak English and be trustworthy!!

You will also have to be respectful of the others in the house, noise, mess etc. A tenancy agreement will be given.
