I have a double room in a large house in Saltash. There is one other lodger. We are friendly and quiet (as is my dog).
I would prefer someone over 30 (or mature younger person). Nice location just a few minutes from nature reserve walk and is on regular bus route to Plymouth.
On road parking. One minute walk to local SPAR shop - ten minute walk to town centre.
Pets may be considered, but not cats as my dog loves to chase them. Large shared kitchen and lounge. Don't mind smokers as long as they smoke outside - there is a back yard with small garden area.
