Our spacious 2nd floor loft room is available now. We are a welcoming family and want you to feel at home. My kids are grown up and mostly live away. I might have another lodger coming soon in the spare room in the main house. We live in a prime position with less than a 5 minute walk into Saltash Fore Street and we are on a main bus route into Plymouth (20 mins to town centre) or further into Cornwall. Very handy for Saltash leisure centre, library, doctors and several parks.

Enter through the main front door then head upstairs to your own self-contained, spacious, studio flat at the top of the house (2nd floor). Beautifully freshly decorated with new carpet and lighting.

3 large windows make the most of the impressive views over to Caradon Hill and up the Tamar Estuary looking across to Dartmoor / Plymouth. Excellent natural light for artistic/ creative people.
En-suite shower room with hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Plenty of hot water and 3 radiators to keep it cosy.
Lots of cupboard space, including a large walk-in hanging/ storage cupboard.
Kitchenette area with large sink, cupboards, fridge and freezer. I can put in cooking facilities as required to make it work for you.

Currently ‘unfurnished’ as I want to leave it up to the new tenant as to what we put in there.
It’s approx 6.5m x 5m and I suggest a new bed and sofa of your choice. I still have the table, chairs, tv unit, etc that can go back in there.

I have 2 dogs that live only on the ground floor. Hope you like dogs; that’s important. If you’re okay with dogs then you’ll love them!!

If you are a single parent and have your child(ren) to stay over, then there’s plenty of room for them in your flat. Also, it’s possible that I can set up one of the bedrooms on the 1st floor for them. I’m open to discussing that.

No smoking in the house or garden.
