Lovely Room in Comfortable, Warm, Stylish House

Gorgeous light, sunny furnished double room with polished wooden floor, in a warm, pleasant Edwardian terraced house on three floors in Saltash. A very quiet location with views over Dartmoor to the back. Convenient for Waitrose, sports centre and town shops, and commuting into Plymouth or to Derriford Hospital. Well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, nice cooker, fridge, freezer, and nice bathroom with bath and shower. Large garden, and small area out the front for sunbathing in the summer. The house is to share with me, the owner. I'm easygoing, tidy and friendly and would like to share the house with someone similar. I'd prefer someone 25 or over, but I'm happy to consider a quieter younger person! I'd also consider short-term lets to professionals or students who are on work or study placements locally.
