Bus stop two minutes walk away with frequent buses to Plymouth and other areas. The house has 50mb fibre optic broadband Wi-Fi and all modern amenities etc. The room is also furnished with a large LED Smart TV which is wall mounted along with a Blue Ray DVD player and sound bar. All bills are included. Looking for a quiet, tidy fully employed person. Share house with live in landlord and other fully employed person. No couples, DSS, pets.
