Description
I’m looking for a working professional to enjoy living in my home. I an a full-time live in landlord, but like to think I am very laid back and welcoming. Room available from 1 July 2025.
About the room:
It’s a delightful, double furnished room which has recently been refurbished and is adjacent to a full family bathroom with bath and shower, which will be solely used by you. Full use of kitchen, utility room and dining room. Appliances including washing machine and tumble dryer also included, but the tumble drier only to be used in inclement weather, due to exceptionally high electricity charges, as I'm sure you're fully aware of.
About the house:
A 15 minute walk and you’ll be in Fore Street or a short 5 minute walk to Lidl/Costa/McDonald's etc, and also on bus routes into Plymouth and surrounding areas. On a clear day you’ll have views over the moors and Tamar valley
About you:
You must be a dog lover as Millie, my dog also lives here now my adult children have moved on (but still occasionally pop in for a visit). Smokers accepted but only outside on decking. References will be required.

All bills included.
Bedding and set of towels provided if desired.
