We have a large double room available in our beautiful family home.
The cottage includes large kitchen, cosy lounge, 2 downstairs bathrooms.
Also a big garden including veg patch, pond and seating areas.
You will be sharing with myself and 11 year old child.
Must love animals as we have 1 cat.
The garden is shared with my mother and her dog who live next door.
Would suit a professional woman or sensible student.
The cottage is down a lane, you will need a car.
