Double bedroom available. Fully furnished to a high standard. This room includes sole use of the houses family bathroom. There is a large kitchen and dining area that will be shared. All bills are included which include oil central heating, electric, water, council tax, tv licence, and good quality internet (BT). There are 2 car parking spaces on the drive and ample parking along the estate if needed.

We are both working full time including from home at times.

We are located in a rural village but only 4 minutes from Launceston, and 3 minutes from the A30 at Kennard’s House, so easy access for commuters in and out of Cornwall. In the village there is a great pub, and good community feel.
