Bright and cosy double bedroom, the perfect place to explore Cornwall. Located on the outskirts of the village and walking distance to beaches, restaurants, pubs and great surfing! Spacious sunny garden with beautiful rural walks straight from the from door. Downstairs bedroom and shower room, access to a kitchen shared by me and my daughter along with 2 cats and a very friendly dog. Plenty of parking, lovely garden and some space for storage.

The room is available from mid/end October and looking to rent out for 3-6 months. We are a quiet household and love the outdoors, during the winter months you’ll find me either in the sea or taking long dog walks.

The ideal house share would be a professional working person, ideally out and about rather than from home as I’m home working and tend to be on the phone a lot during the day.
