Well presented house in central village location

Currently exploring the possibility of having a lodger at my house in St Agnes for 2 months, from May 12th. You would have the property to yourself for most of the time (I’m there the occasional night and weekend, and sometimes for a few days in the school holidays as well), as I am now mostly based in Devon with my partner, and I work there too. You would have a double room with a kingsize bed, and shared use of the single bedroom room is also included (both these rooms are in the photos). I have some spare space in my garage for storage of a bike/surfboard/outdoor equipment if need be.

The house is right in the centre of St Agnes village (in a quiet road with parking), within a few minutes walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants and bus stop. A 10 minute walk to the beach too (15 mins walking back up the hill!). It is £800 per month for single occupancy or £950 per couple, which includes bills, Wi-Fi and use of TV and all kitchen equipment. The set up would be available to a single person or a couple (no sharers) who already work/are just about to start work in Cornwall. No smokers and no pets I’m afraid!
