Counter and storage space, shared use of washing machine outside is a small secluded garden area. Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, (within reason) internet and water rates.
As we are retired & value our peace & quiet, prospective tenant should be similar, mature, non-smoker, sorry no pets .
One month rent plus deposit required in advance. Rent must be paid promptly with no defaults as being retired, this is our main income stream, References and credit check required.
