One Bed - LG Studio for quiet professional

fully equipped with utensils, crockery etc. All bills included, subject to reasonable use. parking for a small car, would suit quiet professional person who goes out to work, maybe on a work placement. The studio is part of our home, although the layout would give us both privacy, we do live upstairs.
We are looking for a quiet, tidy, full time working person, no smoking and no pets.
Will consider Monday- Friday reduced rent
No couples or overnight visitors !
