The first room room is on the top floor in the attic space - large velux window and cosy space at the top of the house.

The second room is on the first floor and has an ensuite shower room.

Tenants will have full use of the newly fitted kitchen and communal dining room.
The house is fully central heated so cosy and warm in the winter.
Communal areas are all professionally cleaned weekly.

Parking is available on adjacent street although not directly allocated to the property.

This house would suit a full time professional person or contractor working in the area who has a permanent address elsewhere.
