Lovely Double Room In Quiet, Secure, Smashing Flat

Bright double room in my 2 bed flat. It's comfy. You'll need to be at least 50ish, 55 because the block is effectively a very plush old folks home but don't worry - it doesn't smell of boiled cabbage. Wish I could allow cats or dogs, but furry rodents are fine.
Yes, you're welcome to 'bring people round' & yes they can 'stay over'.......
There's an embarrassment of drawers cupboards & hanging space, a bookcase for all your thingys, & a chest of drawers upon which to place your telly, should you wish.
The living room is a joy to behold, the SouthEast facing 'picture' windows afford the best view in the block & actually heat the flat come Spring & Summer.

The kitchen is what they call 'bijoux' but it works, & works well. You'll not need any kitchen kit at all - but if you have lots of kit I have a couple of cupboards lined up.
Likewise the bathroom - technically, a 'showerroom' - bijoux, but works well.
Forgot to mention - the laundry machines are in the basement. There's a gym room down there - it's got machines in it.
The hall hangs it all together, welcomes you home every time.
You can make the hight street in 3 minutes, the train station......in 2. No, it's not a problem - you won't even hear them.
The communal garden sports no great views, but is secluded.....& it is hugely 'under-utilised' - so if you wish to stake-out with deckchair & radio4 come the Summer.....have at it !
