Large double attic bedroom in very spacious shabby chic Victorian character house. Close to town and all amenities, beaches, plus countryside., with view over spacious garden.

Bedroom facilities include Wi-Fi, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini-fridge.. Lodgers are welcome to bring own air fryers, but not open stoves due to fire risk.
Ironing facilities also provided. as are fire extinguishers.

Quiet and peaceful. Shared bathroom, shared separate toilet, separate shower room, shared kitchen , back yard, and garden.

Friendly family, comprising live-in landlady , my two adult sons and one lodger, plus another who is moving out. We welcome LGBTQ, and all nationalities.

Professional people preferred please. If from abroad passport, visa and Right to Rent needs to be seen at formal interview.

Landlady is an artist and TEFL teacher. English lessons available if needed. Not exactly a house share however. While we are warm and inviting we hope lodgers will respect the space and privacy of the family..
