Small, Cosy Annex - Long or Short Term on Farm

Available to rent we have a brand new small annex on the back of our house on our quiet farm. Available long and short term. Sorry for any delays in replying. Home owner lives in the main house and the annex is separate (but attached if that makes sense!) It has its own private entrance and plenty of parking.

We live on a family farm, 5/10 minute drive from St. Austell town center and train station. We have a half a mile long lane so a car or bike is essential unless you really like walking. We live in a very quiet, peaceful area and live very quiet peaceful lives. Nearest amenities is the town center but home shopping / take outs do deliver to us. If you like hustle and bustle this place isn't for you.

It's a one bedroom annex with kitchenette in a separate room and basic amenities will be added (microwave, hob/grill/oven and small fridge/freezer, a small shower room and toilet / sink. It's brand new and & be available now. A month's rent is required to secure / deposit and would prefer a professional single person. Sorry no pets. We have our own dogs on the farm so must like animals. If the odd bark or neigh will annoy you please don't apply, also farm traffic once or twice a day doing the stables. Long or short term renting, most bills included (water, council tax, WiFi), we are on an electric meter so electric is weekly at £15 a week, there is a gas fire so you need to get your own gas for it. Please feel free to message and come and meet us / view. Available unfurnished with basic kitchen appliances. No washing machine but there is a launderette down the road.

Photos uploaded, It's very quiet and peaceful down here and we want to keep it that way, so would suit older single working person, the door behind the kitchen sink was our old front door, we now use the door around the side of the house.
