Annexe/small studio

We are considering quiet mature professional who needs a short term rental... 6 months but term can be negotiated. Whilst accommodation is self contained…We need to find the right ‘fit’ for our family home.

Studio annexe in central St Austell, close to the railway station, local beaches and the town centre.
The annexe has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, tv There is a mini fridge, small microwave, toaster and kettle, so you can eat simple style, in if you chose to.
Crockery is supplied.
Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.
The bathroom is just along the corridor and used by myself and occasionally my daughter.
