Our house is tucked away in a small residential area in St Austell, 10 minutes from the town centre and train station, there are take aways, pubs and shops all in walking distance. Carlyon bay, beach is 10 minutes away.

I live with my son; he is 22 and a wheelchair user and has his own living area (1 bed annex attached to the main house) We live in a 4 bed Victorian terrace in St Austell. We have a spare room with ensuite shower room and walk in, wardrobe/closet. There are 2 single beds in the room so 2 friends could share the room, otherwise I can put a double bed in the room. There is a desk and a chair available if required
There is a living room and kitchen and washing machine which is available to use. Bills including WIFIi included.
If a couple or 2 friends share the room, the rent will £450 EACH per month,£900 for 2 people or £650 for 1 person renting the room.
