Beautiful little annexe

This little annexe on the back of our house. Happy to put in a fridge freezer so completely separate or keep as it is for the people who would like to occasionally interact or having my pets come and say hi.
Quiet person please we don't want people with loads of visitors in and out in our safe space.
For a couple the price is 600pm to cover the extra water etc.
It is an open plan annexe- ensuite, kitchenette, living area, parking space.
There is a washing machine available at weekends and a washine line. A dehumidifer will be needed for the winter if drying inside.
Working people only or student.

5 min walk to train and bus station.
25 min walk to charlestown and the coast.
