This is a quiet room with views across the water meadow. .

It has plenty of drawer space and a built in wardrobe.
There is a fridge and microwave , a Settee single bed and plenty of furniture. .
Sharing a Bathroom next door to the room. with one other person only

We supply A Flat Screen TV or you can bring your own.
We have Sky Movies, Sky Sports, and Superfast B T Infinity for fast Internet,

Each person has their own cupboard in the kitchen.
We have every conceivable utensil available plus crockery and cutlery .

If you invite guests to stay , There is a charge of £5 per night. .

Sorry working from home is not an option.
A business cannot be run or registered from our house .

Bed linen can be supplied if you are not bringing your own.
Full sets of bedding including quilts and pillows, are available at a cost of £5.00 a week. this includes laundering and changing them .

We have a large house with Lovely rooms, we have ( Very Warm Oil Central Heating) ,

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities if required.
You have full use of the kitchen. including tons of equipment, crockery cutlery

The whole house is service cleaned , on a weekly basis.

We hardly ever see you. We have our own accommodation, .

If you are a smoker you are welcome, providing all smoking has to be outside and away from open windows

The house is situated 4 mins from the sea, (our beach is huge at low tide, and at high tide you can hear the sea, from your bedroom.
We are located on the main road at a picture postcard pretty village called Pentewan, with 2 pubs, and 2 tea shop a sailing club , Kayacking hire and much more - all 3 mins walk from the house. Plus Co op Nisa and a post office across the road.
There is a Superb Swimming pool complex & club facilities with bar and 3 restaurants
which are normally open all year .
Great fishing from the beach.
This area is very quiet in the winter and busy in summer

10 minutes drive to St. Austell.
5 minutes drive to Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Helligan

45 minutes from Truro and Newquay
(depending on time of year)

15-20 Minutes from the Eden Project.

The bus stop is three minutes walk from our entrance gate. Buses run every hour .
We are on the lower part of the village (hence no uphill walking

Previous flat mates and current ones all happy to give us references.
We also require references from yourselves.

Our flat mates are all professionals and of similar career status, they all get on really well with each other.
The house is very laid back because everyone considers each other.
The rooms are let as bedsits, there is no shared lounge.
The tenants are all really friendly happy people who like their own space.. There is no communal lounge area in the house.

Sorry no Couples or Pets due to us having
Two dogs "Pickles" and "Maisey"
They are not allowed in your area of the house only in our area.
You may occasionally meet in the hall or garden. in the daytime. But not often. They are both very friendly.
